Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Every piece is made by hand — painted, sculpted, and finished individually. No two are exactly alike. Because of the handmade nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. We ask that you purchase with intention.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kvmakvzi.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Each piece is produced in limited or singular quantities and an equivalent replacement is rarely available.
